Hannah Martin of St Bridget's in Ballieston achieved a fantastic total of £933 for SCIAF when she took on the massive task of organising her fundraising ceilidh.
Primary five pupil Hannah made it her 2012 New Year's resolution to raise money to help people around the world. However, Hannah decided to cut her teeth as an Events Fundraiser and organise a roaring goodnight with her Ceilidh.
Family and friends supported this wonderful idea and turned out in force to enjoy a great night in aid of SCIAF. Hannah received prize donations from local people and businesses to provide an extra incentive for people to join the fun.
Hannah even managed to set up brilliant music on the night from Celine Donoghue, really helping to set the tone for a wonderful party atmosphere. The event raised a staggering £933 for SCIAF and Hannah was rightly delighted with the total. Well done to Hannah for showing such fantastic commitment to SCIAF's work and thank you to all who supported her very special evening.
