This is Lucas and Joneides who regularly come to the centre with their children. They say that “We have learned a lot about how to play with our kids, how to live together as a family and resolve conflicts. We have learned love and communication. Also we have learned how to cook nutritious food and how to grow nutritious vegetables in our garden. We grow spinach, bananas and fruits. The project gives us the seeds for free and teaches us how to grow plants organically.”
