This is Luis, who teaches local farmers how to grow organic food. This has had a big impact since organic food can be sold to countries around the world for a much higher price. Some of their food is sold in countries such as Japan, Canada, the USA and Spain. In 2007, approximately 200 farmers were much better off because of this programme.
