Group of the Week

May 2007

Following a visit by SCIAF, our group was full of enthusiasm to raise funds for SCIAF. We hosted a 'soup and a sandwich' afternoon after mass. During this, Fairtrade products were available for tasting and purchasing.

The afternoon was a great success and with the generosity of our congregation we raised around £230. We were delighted with the total and with the SCIAF visit. We knew exactly what help it could do.
