Sponsored shave - Heads, legs, chests and beards - and when it grows back do it again! This is the ultimate renewable fundraising activity

Silver mile - See how far you can get a line of 5p, 10p or 20p coins to go - along a corridor or down the stairs! Try to make your silver mile spell 'SCIAF'.

Sports events - Staff versus pupil events or beat the goalie. Charge teams money to enter tournaments and charge spectators too! Have a friendly match with a neighbouring school or girls versus boys matches for football, netball, basketball or loads of mini games.

Throw coins at prize - Put a prize in the middle of a large room. Person who throws the closest coin wins!

Guess the baby/teenager competitions - Time for the teachers to bring in those immensely embarrassing photos from their childhood! Charge pupils entrance money to view the pictures and make a guess.

Non-uniform day

- Charge pupils for the privilege of coming to school dressed as they please. Try variations such as mad hair days, Easter bonnet, pyjama days or silly sock days.

SCIAF Funday - Organise a whole range of activities and give pupils an exciting day to remember. Invite parents too. You can include bring and buys, face painting, food stalls, cake and candy, talent shows, games tournaments, bouncy castle and sports competitions. Pay your teacher to have an afternoon of PE.
