This is Chikwela village where Constance lives. The village is very remote. It is 4 miles to the nearest road and it is a 3-day ride along a bumpy road to get to the nearest city.

The photos show how nice Chikwela village is. The village is swept every day to keep it free from weeds and plants. This is to keep snakes and mosquitos away.

The huts are really well built and have nice concrete floors. This shows that Constance and Rita have been able to make many improvements thanks to the support from SCIAF.
